Emerald green for the dark season
Deep emerald green gives Marron a special, almost mystical character – made for autumn and winter. A robust canvas upper combines virgin wool with hemp from VirgoCoop, while milled wool from Nordwolle keeps things warm inside. An integrated membrane offers extra protection in damp weather.
Warm, natural, and flexible
The Pure Sole gives adults plenty of freedom of movement and direct ground contact, while kids and toddlers navigate on the protective Shelly Sole. Elastic laces make slipping them on easy for kids, while adults and toddlers lace up classically.
A classic, taken further
Marron carries forward the idea of its predecessor Marone – featuring a strong natural material blend, winter-ready comfort, and a colorway that lends the season a depth all of its own.

Care

Waterproofing before first-time wear
Before first-time wear, we do recommend that you waterproof the edging again. This may cause the edging to darken slightly, so don’t be surprised. There is no need to apply waterproofing treatment to the entire shoe right out of the box – that has already been taken care of during production (and in this case, doubling up won’t make it last longer).
Tip: Using a brush is the best way to apply the waterproofing product. If you choose to spray it on, be sure to cover the rest of the shoe. Repeat the waterproofing treatment as needed.
Cleaning
The best way to clean soiled shoes is by knocking them together when they are dry, brushing them carefully as needed when dry, or by wiping them carefully with a damp cloth. Not machine washable.
Post-treatment
We recommend follow-up waterproofing treatments with a suitable product if necessary.

Additional notes

Every single shoe is a handmade one of a kind, with an upper made from natural material. The structure and coloration may exhibit minor irregularities.
A hue appears different depending on the lighting conditions. That's why colors always look a little different on the screen, in artificial light at home, or outside in sunlight.
The upper may rub off onto light-colored fabrics when wet.
When putting on, please note: Widen the opening of the shoe sufficiently by loosening the laces. This minimizes wear on the material and extends the life of the shoe.
When using ride-on toys, we recommend additional protection against scuffing.
