Returns: Because sometimes things don’t quite fit...

All you need to know about returns, size exchanges, cancellations, and complaints.

Not everything goes to plan, especially when shopping online. Maybe, in a flurry of excitement, an order was sent off too quickly, or perhaps there’s a question of style, fit, or quality once the package is open. Never fear! We’re here to help. 

So, what to do if there’s something up with your new pair of Wildlings?

Returns

Did you try your new Wildlings on and they’re not quite right? Maybe the size is off, or you ordered the wrong shoes by mistake. No problem! Returning is simple, and you’ve got 30 days from the day they arrived.

Everything you need to know can be found in the Wildling Help Centre. All you need is your order number and the email address you used when you placed the order.

REGISTER A RETURN

Size exchange

The way your new Wildlings feel is the most important thing, so perhaps you need a different size. Thankfully, you can easily exchange your shoes of the same size category (toddlers, kids, or adults). 

Register your return using the button and send the parcel back using the Wildling DHL label. We will ship the new parcel as soon as you have handed in the old parcel to DHL. The price of the shoes will be added together, so there will be no costs for returns and new shipping.

If it takes longer than 7 days for your return to be handed over to DHL, we will refund the original purchase to your payment method as soon as we receive your return. Your exchange order will be automatically cancelled. You will then need to place a new order.

Too quick to hit Order? It happens. If you placed an order for something you really don't want, we have good news. Orders can be cancelled as long as they are not yet being processed.
