Terms and Conditions for the Instagram competition (Tanuki 10th Anniversary Event, 26 June 2026)
Organizer of the sweepstake is Wildling Shoes GmbH, Walbach 9, D-51766 Engelskirchen ("we").
The prizes: A pair of Wildling shoes made from washi fabric from the Wildling online store as the first prize among all participants. The winner can choose the style and size (while stock last). The second prize is an ASAWA bag, and the third prize is a pair of ASAWA socks in a suitable size.
All people over 18 years of age can participate, with the exception of Wildling employees and their relatives. Each person can participate only once.
To enter the competition, take one or more photos at the “10 Years of Tanuki” event, on your way there or on your way home, and post them on Instagram using the hashtag #makeartmove. The entry period runs from 26 June 2026 to 29 June 2026. There is no entry fee, and you do not need to purchase any of our products.
Participation in the sweepstake is in English or German.
We may exclude entries from participation that contain incorrect information in the form, are received late (even if the delay is not our fault) or violate the conditions of participation (especially technical manipulation or multiple entries). We reserve the right to change the conditions of the sweepstake.
We will draw the winners from all valid entries within 7 days after the end of the participation period using a random number generator. If you have won, we will notify you by DM on Instagraml (you agree to this with your participation) and let you know how you will receive your prize. If you do not contact us within two weeks of sending our DM, your prize will be forfeited and we will hold a new draw.
The prize is non-transferable, non-cash and non-changeable. Should we not be able to provide the prize for whatever reason, we can award a substitute prize of equal value.
Legal recourse is excluded. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, to the exclusion of international private law and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Data protection
The collection of your data for participation in the sweepstake and communication in regard to the prize is based on Art. 6. para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO.
By participating you agree that data processing takes place outside the EU (USA) at the providers Typeform and Fivetran.
