Giveaway of Wildling Products during the Foxy December Live Consult
Terms and Conditions of Participation and Privacy Policy
The organizer of the giveaway is Wildling Shoes GmbH, Walbach 9, D-51766 Engelskirchen (“we”).
Various Wildling products will be given away on three dates during the Wildling Live Consults in accordance with the following conditions.
December 3, 2025, Live Consult at 7:30 p.m.: Three pairs of Wildling shoes decorated with a shoe patch from “Kleine Spatzen” will be given away. Several shoe models specified by Wildling are available to choose from. Model and size selection is subject to availability. If the desired size is not available in any of the specified models, Wildling will select a replacement model.
December 10, 2025, Live Consult at 7:30 p.m.: Two pairs of “Slinka” slippers will be given away, each together with a pair of “Calora” socks. The size can be selected. Delivery time is subject to availability.
December 17, 2025, live consultation at 7:30 p.m.: One digital Gift Card in the amount of EUR 100 for the Wildling shop at www.wildling.shoes will be given away. Terms and conditions of Wildling Shoes GmbH apply.
To participate, you must first dial into the respective Live Consult streaming on the specified date and time via the link https://www.wildling.shoes/en/pages/live-beratung . During the Live Consult, buttons or links for participating in a quiz will be displayed after an announcement by the moderators. If you click on the button or link, you can answer the quiz questions and must enter your name and email address. The time available to answer each question is predetermined and cannot be extended. All participants who answer at least two out of three quiz questions correctly in a Live Consult will be entered into the prize draw for that Live Consult.
We do not charge a participation fee and you do not have to purchase any of our products. Participation is only possible during the respective live-streamed Live Consult, not later in the recording. Participation in the giveaway is in German. Anyone aged 18 or over can take part, with the exception of Wildling employees and their relatives. Each person can only participate once.
We may exclude entries that contain false information or violate the terms and conditions of participation. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the giveaway.
We will draw the winners from all valid entries within 7 days of the respective Live Consult using a random number generator. If you have won, we will notify you by email (by participating, you allow us to do so) to discuss the shipping and, if applicable, selection of the prize with you. If you do not respond to our email within two weeks of it being sent, your prize will be forfeited and we will draw a new winner from the remaining participants.
The prize is non-transferable, non-cashable, and non-exchangeable. If, for any reason, we are unable to provide the prize, we may award an equivalent substitute prize.
By participating, you allow us to send you a notification that you have not won, together with advertising content. Emails from separate newsletter subscriptions remain unaffected by this.
Legal recourse is excluded. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding international private law and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Data Privacy
The collection of your data for participation in the prize draw and dispatch of prizes is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
