Conditions of participation and data protection information for the sweepstake Wildling Shoes model “Fundo”

The organizer of the sweepstake is Wildling Shoes GmbH, Walbach 9, D-51766 Engelskirchen ("we"). You can win one pair of the new Wildling Shoes model “Fundo” (while stocks last).

All people 18 years and older are eligible to participate (except employees of Wildling Shoes and their relatives). Each person can participate only once.

To participate, enter your data in the entry form on the Wildling Essentials landing page until 25th February 2023. There is no entry fee and no obligation to purchase. The registration for our newsletter is possible at the same time, but not obligatory.

We will draw the winner from all valid entries within seven (7) days of the end of the entry period using a random number generator. The winner will be notified by e-mail (by participating you agree to this) and instruct you how to claim your prize. For this we need your postal address in particular. If you do not contact us within two weeks of sending our e-mail, your prize will be forfeited and we will draw lots again. 

The prize is not transferable, not payable in cash, not changeable. Should we not be able to provide the prize for whatever reason, a substitute prize of equal value will be awarded. 

Anyone who provides incorrect information on name or e-mail address in the form, participates late (even through no fault of their own) or violates the conditions of participation (especially through technical manipulation and multiple participation) can be excluded from participation. We reserve the right to change the conditions of participation.

Legal recourse is excluded. The Law of the Federal Republic of Germany (excluding international private law and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG)) apply to this sweepstake.

Data protection

Participation in the sweepstake is of course voluntary, but not anonymous. Theoretically, we can establish a customer reference on the basis of your so-called function data, the link to the newsletter or a customer account. However, we will not use the collected data to identify individual customers - Wildling's word of honor. However, we want this to be transparent to you. 

If you participate in the sweepstake, this participation is based on your consent. Your consent refers both to your agreement to participate in our competition and to the US transmission. 

Your data may be processed by the service provider we use in the USA. The USA have been classified as an unsafe third country by the European Court of Justice because US authorities can access data of EU citizens, even without legal recourse. We must inform you of this and may only transfer your data to the USA if you have consented. By participating in the sweepstake, you also consent to this.

Important: We are legally obligated to inform you that you can revoke your consent at any time.
