2. Participation in the event

(1) The Wilding Family Day takes place on 7 September 2025 from 12 noon until 10 pm.

(2) Children under the age of 14 are only permitted to enter if accompanied by an adult supervisor.

(3) To register, fill out the registration form, submit and confirm your registration request in the email you will receive from us.

(4) Your registration can also include other people. These will not be registered by name. For the preparation of the event, it is important that you only register yourself and each additional person once for the event.

(5) The number of participants is limited. Both registered and unregistered participants will not be able to enter the site once the permitted number of participants has been reached.

(6) Registration for the Wildling Family Day is free of charge and does not oblige you or any other registered persons to participate in the event.

(7) The costs for any travel, catering and accommodation costs shall be borne by the participants themselves - even in the event of cancellation of the event.

3. Safety and order

(1) All participants must follow the instructions of the organiser and its representatives, the security personnel and the authorities at all times. Bringing dangerous objects (e.g. weapons, pyrotechnics) is prohibited.

(2) The organiser reserves the right to expel or have expelled from the premises persons who violate these conditions or whose behaviour endangers or disturbs others.

4. Catering services

(1) Food and beverages shall be offered on the event site by the organiser or third parties commissioned by the organiser.

5. Image and sound recordings during the event

(1) Wildling or its authorised representatives may create photos, audio and video recordings during the event in which participants may also be recognisably visible or audible. These recordings may be used by Wildling for commercial purposes (e.g. Wildling website, adverts, social media). The rights to the recordings shall remain with the organiser; participants shall not be entitled to any remuneration.

(2) Any recordings, including recordings of the music performances, by the participants may only be made for private purposes. Publication requires the express authorisation of the creators.

6. Liability

(1) Claims against Wildling for damages are excluded. Excluded from this are your claims for damages arising from injury to life, limb or health or from the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). Also excluded is liability for other damages resulting from an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by Wildling, its legal representatives or vicarious agents. Essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) are those whose fulfilment is necessary to achieve the objective of the contract.

(2) In the event of a breach of material contractual obligations, Wildling shall only be liable for the foreseeable damage typical for the contract if this was caused by simple negligence, unless it concerns claims for damages arising from injury to life, limb or health.

(3) The limitations of paragraphs 1 and 2 shall also apply in favour of Wildling's legal representatives and vicarious agents if claims are asserted directly against them.

(4) The limitations of liability resulting from paragraphs 1 and 2 shall not apply if Wildling has fraudulently concealed a defect or has assumed a guarantee for the quality of an item. The provisions of the Product Liability Act shall remain unaffected.

(5) Wildling accepts no responsibility for incorrect information, lost or delayed registrations, loss of data and technical defects in the landing page and the registration process. This applies in particular if they occur during data transmission or are due to network, hardware or software problems, interference by third parties or force majeure.

8. Miscellaneous

(1) Wildling reserves the right to cancel the event or make changes to the programme, location or schedule for organisational, weather-related or safety-related reasons. This shall not give rise to any claims for compensation on the part of participants.

(3) Should a clause of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall remain unaffected.

(4) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and any provisions of international private law.
