Terms and Conditions for the Instagram Giveaway “Exclusive Tour: Ruth Asawa x Wildling”

1. Organizer
The organizer of this giveaway is Wildling Shoes GmbH, Walbach 9, 51766 Engelskirchen, Germany (hereinafter referred to as “Wildling”).

2. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to natural persons who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Wildling and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry and Promotion Period
Entry is free of charge and does not require any purchase of goods or services.

  • Promotion Period: The giveaway begins on August 28, 2026, upon publication of the Instagram post, and ends on September 6, 2026, at 11:59 PM CEST.

  • How to Enter: Enter on Instagram by liking the official giveaway post, following the official Wildling account (@wildling.shoes), and leaving a comment on the post as instructed in the caption.

4. Prize and Execution
One (1) winner will be selected at random from among all eligible entries to receive the following prize:

  • An exclusive art experience for two (2) people from October 16 to October 17, 2026, in Basel / Riehen (Switzerland), including:

    • Admission to the official pre-opening of the Ruth Asawa Retrospect on October 16, 2026, at Fondation Beyeler.

    • An exclusive guided tour of the Ruth Asawa Retrospect led by Henry Weverka (grandson of Ruth Asawa) on October 17, 2026.

    • One night’s hotel accommodation for two (2) people in a double room in Basel/Riehen.

    • A joint apéro (drinks/reception) with Wildling representatives on October 17, 2026.

    • A souvenir of your choice from the Ruth Asawa x Wildling collection.

Important Note on Travel: Travel to and from Basel is the sole responsibility and expense of the winner.

5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible comments after the promotion period ends and notified via Direct Message (DM) on Instagram. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of the notification being sent, the prize claim will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.

6. Release of Meta / Instagram
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta or Instagram. Wildling Shoes GmbH is solely responsible and contactable for this promotion.

7. Early Termination and Modifications
Wildling reserves the right to modify, adjust, or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice if, for legal or practical reasons, proper execution can no longer be guaranteed.

8. Liability and Limitations
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Legal recourse is excluded. Wildling shall only be liable for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence.

9. Data Protection
For the purpose of conducting the giveaway, Instagram usernames will be processed. Names and mailing addresses will be collected from the winner upon notification for prize fulfillment. Wildling processes personal data exclusively for the administration and execution of this giveaway in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
