Giveaway campaign for pregnant new customers


  1. Organizer, short description of giveaway

The organizer of the giveaway is Wildling Shoes GmbH, Walbach 9, D-51766 Engelskirchen (“we”). 

With this giveaway, we would like to give 1,000 people who are currently pregnant and have not yet bought anything from us, a free pair of shoes of their choice from our product range. The giveaway period consists of four rounds, with 250 pairs of shoes being given away per round. If there are more registrations, we will draw lots to decide who receives the shoes.

 

  1. The shoe gift (prizes)

In each of the rounds (these are described in more detail in section 4) we are giving away 250 discount codes for a 100% discount on a pair of Wildling shoes (“100%-Code”), i.e. 1000 codes in total.

The 100%-Code can be redeemed in the online store at www.wildling.shoes for goods that are available there at the time of redemption. The 100%-Code is valid until 12.12.2024.

In addition, each winner will receive a code for free shipping (“Free Shipping Code”). This is valid until 31.12.2025. It can be used at the same time as the 100%-Code to receive the shoe gift free of shipping costs. Alternatively, the Free Shipping Code can also be used for another order.

 

  1. Details of the prizes

The 100%-Code and the Free Shipping Code can only be redeemed at https://www.wildling.shoes. (For participants from the USA and Canada on https://us.wildling.shoes/ )

The codes can only be redeemed if you place the order with the e-mail address you used to register for the giveaway - the codes are tied to this e-mail address and are non-transferable.

To redeem, enter the 100%-Code in the field provided during the ordering process, followed by the Free Shipping Code if you wish.

If you order more than one pair of shoes in the same order, the 100%-Code will automatically be applied to the pair with the highest purchase price. 

The 100%-Code can only be combined with the Free Shipping Code received at the same time. No other discount (including the regular group discount) will work at the same time. 

The codes must be redeemed before completing the order process as described above, subsequent application is not possible. The General Terms and Conditions of Wildling Shoes GmbH apply. 

 

  1. Participation in the giveaway

Eligible for participation is anyone who is 

  • at least 18 years old,
  • pregnant at the time of entering,
  • a new customer (i.e. has never ordered goods from Wildling Shoes GmbH before),
  • not a Wildling employee or a relative of a Wildling employee,
  • not a resident of the USA or Canada (in this case they can still participate, but please use the participation form on us.wildling.shoes).

Each person may only enter once and only in one round. To enter the draw in the relevant round, complete the entry form for the “Room for More” giveaway at https://wildling.shoes/en/pages/stepinto and confirm via click in the confirmation e-mail within one of the four entry periods. These are (in the timezone applicable to Germany):

Round 1: 10.10.2024, from launch of entry form (about 4 p.m.) until start of round 2.

Round 2: 17.10.2024, 12 p.m. until start of Round 3.

Round 3: 24.10.2024, 12 p.m. until start of Round 4.

Round 4: 31.10.2024, 12 p.m. until 07.11.2024, switch-off of entry form, (about, 5 p.m.)

We do not charge a participation fee, you do not have to buy any of our products and you do not have to sign up for our newsletter. You can enter the competition in German or English using the relevant entry form.

We may exclude entries from participation (despite entry confirmation) if they contain incorrect information in the form, are received late (even if the delay is not our fault) or violate the conditions of participation (in particular technical manipulation or multiple participation). We reserve the right to change the conditions of the giveaway.

 

  1. Draws

We will draw the winners from all valid entries using a random number generator no later than 3 days after the end of the respective round’s entry period. Each person can only win once. We will notify the winners immediately, at the latest 4 days after the draw, by e-mail, which will also contain the winner’s discount codes. 

If the e-mail with the winning notification cannot be delivered to you (for whatever reason), your prize will be forfeited. We will have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. 

The prizes are non-transferable, cannot be paid out in cash and cannot be changed. If we are unable to provide the prize for whatever reason, we may award a substitute prize of equal value.

 

  1. E-Mails

In addition to the emails necessary to conduct this giveaway as described in these Terms of Participation (e.g. confirmation emails, winning notifications), you, by participating, consent to receiving further emails in connection with this giveaway (e.g. reminders about redeeming your prize, notification of not winning, promotional emails about Wildling products) for up to two months after the end of the participation period. E-mails resulting from newsletter-signups remain unaffected.

 

  1. Data Privacy

The processing of your personal data is contractually required for the provision, implementation and processing of the giveaway in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. In addition, the processing serves our legitimate interests (e.g. in the security of the giveaway or the protection of our interests against misuse by possible collection of IP addresses when submitting entries for the giveaway). The collection of your data for participation in the giveaway and sending the prizes is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. 

 

  1. Miscellaneous

Legal recourse is excluded. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply with the exception of international private law and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
