Wildling Shoes was founded in 2015 and is a rapidly growing company that designs, produces, and distributes minimal shoes for children and adults. We aim to bring children and adults into more direct contact with their environment and to support an active lifestyle. Our shoes are produced in Portugal under fair labor conditions and are made from predominantly natural materials that are organically sourced (leather-free). With your help, we aim to initiate, track, and complete projects in the context of our webshop in an even more proactive way – in line with our Commitment Team:“With our customers' preferences and needs in focus, we want to work to consistently high standards that are defined by data-driven decisions and customer involvement” (excerpt from Team Commitment).

Your mission...

As Project Management Specialist Webshop (f/m/d), you enrich Wildling with your expertise and experience in project management and product ownership. You support the development of a new US webshop and a Wildling app. You coordinate, prioritize, propel, and monitor the projects in the capacity of project manager. But you also tackle other projects related to the webshop and contribute to them with your positive, proactive, and motivating approach. Your basic knowledge of the EU-GDPR and your interest in such issues set you apart.

What you contribute...

  • A pioneer mindset and a hands-on mentality: You enjoy being involved in the operational side of your area, and have an independent and solution-oriented mindset and approach to your work

  • Your relevant professional experience as a project manager, product owner, or in a similar position gives you the ability to recognize project requirements quickly and act accordingly (requirements management)

  • Thanks to your time management skills, you are always in control, even when dealing with multiple and varied tasks

  • Your technical know-how (front end/webshop), as well as your knowledge of apps will give you direct insight into specific core issues

  • As a team player it’s second nature for you to work on projects together with your co-workers while always keeping an eye on the outcome 

  • You contribute your English language skills to the team, which communicates in English – and you can communicate professionally in German just as easily
